By accessing or using any Hisoka product, protocol, or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Hisoka protocols are open-source, permissionless software deployed on public blockchains. Once deployed, smart contracts operate autonomously. Hisoka Labs does not control, custody, or intermediate any user funds or transactions.
At no point does Hisoka Labs take custody of your assets. All interactions with the protocol are initiated by you through your own wallet. Private keys remain entirely under your control.
All smart contracts carry inherent risk. While our contracts are audited and tested, we cannot guarantee the absence of bugs. You interact with the protocol at your own risk.

The Nox mix network provides network-layer privacy for Ethereum transactions. Node operators are independent parties who stake tokens to participate. Hisoka Labs does not operate all nodes and is not responsible for the behavior of independent operators.
If you operate a Nox node, you agree to follow the protocol specification, maintain uptime requirements, and not attempt to deanonymize users or log packet metadata beyond what is required for routing.
Hisoka protocols are released under open-source licenses as specified in their respective repositories. The Hisoka name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of Hisoka Labs and may not be used without permission.
All products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hisoka Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or protocols.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hisoka Labs is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
